Contact Log
This topic provides and over view of the Contact Log and explains the types of records captured in the Contact Log.
The Contact Log tracks system contact attempts associated with manual or automated staffing, messages, and notifications.
The Contact Log contains information such as: the reason for the contact attempt, who was contacted, what type of contact was made, who made the contact, when the contact was made, and when the job offer expires.
The Contact Log displays the following contact attempts:
- Fill Vacancy - Displays a job opportunity with the option to accept or reject the job. The word ‘Vacancy’ will appear as the type of Contact Log.
- Messages - Displays messages sent to employees. If the message is received the text appears in the Contact Log. The message remains in this dialog until it is acknowledged.
- Notifications - Displays detail information about an Assignment. The notification remains in this dialog until it is acknowledged.
